MEET YOUR COACHES
TRAVIS
Travis is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor with a passion for helping people move, feel, and live better.
After teaching over 6,000 group fitness classes and training thousands of clients at Orange Theory, he opened his own training business in 2022. As an endurance athlete who’s completed marathons, Ironman triathlons, and a 55k ultra trail race in the Colorado mountains, Travis believes no goal is too big or too small. He brings expert coaching, high energy, and unwavering support to every session.
SYDNEY
Sydney is passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals and has been leading group fitness classes since 2021.
Her favorite exercises are dumbbell lat pullovers and chest presses. And while tricep kickbacks aren't her go-to move, she's committed to making every workout count.
Outside of the gym, Coach Syd is working toward her goal of running a half-marathon every year. And for a fun fact—she writes left-handed but is a right-handed athlete!
