JENN
Founder of Fit Body Atelier
Jenn is a lifelong athlete and movement enthusiast with over 22 years of strength training experience. Her personal wellness journey began 15 years ago with a lifestyle change that sparked a passion for helping others take control of their health, time, and confidence.
She holds certifications in TRX, Aerial Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Mat & Reformer Pilates, Golf & Youth Fitness, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Jenn has also completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and is currently pursuing her Comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body under the mentorship of Troy McCarty.
Pilates is at the heart of Jenn’s practice—it blends strength, mobility, and body awareness in a way that’s accessible to all levels. Her teaching style is form-focused and intentional, designed to empower clients through purposeful movement. She works with a diverse range of individuals, including athletes, those recovering from injuries, and women in every stage of life.
Outside the studio, Jenn enjoys strength training, Pilates, and exploring Ohio with her husband and two kids. She stays active outdoors whenever possible, snowboarding, hiking, paddleboarding, and embracing sunny days as a proud California native.
