Pilates Classes

  • 50 minutes. Full body, Mat and Reformer based Pilates. Classes will bring elements of traditional, contemporary and athletic styles of Pilates to class on both the mat and reformer. Workouts are created to accessible and enjoyable for both beginners and established Pilates clients alike. During class, attention to controlled, precise movements are aimed to improved posture, balance and overall body awareness in a low impact method that stretches muscles, mobilizes joints, and emphasizes a focus on core stability and proper alignment to bring an unrivaled mind body connection and challenge to your workout. Come prepared with water and grip socks.

  • 50 Minutes. Full body, Reformer based Pilates. Classes bring elements of traditional, contemporary and athletic styles of Pilates to class on a classic reformer to allow for a tailored workout accessible and enjoyable to both beginners and established Pilates clients. During class, attention to controlled, precise movements are aimed to improved posture, balance and overall body awareness in a low impact method that stretches muscles, mobilizes joints, and emphasizes a focus on core stability and proper alignment to bring an unrivaled mind body connection and challenge to your workout. Come prepared with water and grip socks.

  • 50 minutes. Full body, Mat based workout. This class blends modern and classic Mat Pilates, barre, cardio, mobility, yoga flow, calisthenics, and stretch elements providing a unique and engaging workout for you and your body. Classes may or may not have added weights, bands, magic circle, yoga block(s), and / or fitness balls. Come prepared with a mat, grip socks and water.

  • 30 minutes. Full body, Mat based fitness. High Impact / High Intensity. This is a high energy class designed to provide maximum impact in just 30-minutes of your precious time. My spiciest class offered, you can expect to strengthen core, legs, glutes and upper body muscles during this efficient and effective workout. The Heroboard™ is a functional moving exercise platform that gives added resistance, balance and control challenges that will offer you a workout in a whole new way. Beginners and athletes alike will find something from this workout. Intervals and props are part of the mix. Get ready to push limits and feel the burn! Come prepared with water, grip socks and possible a towel.
