Group Fitness Coach

Coach Sydney is passionate about helping others crush their fitness goals and feel confident in their bodies. Since 2021, she’s been leading group fitness classes with energy, encouragement, and a dedication to making every workout count.

Her favorite moves? Dumbbell lat pullovers and chest presses. Her least favorite? Tricep kickbacks—but that doesn’t stop her from showing up and pushing through right alongside her clients.

Outside the gym, Coach Syd is chasing her personal goal of running a half marathon every year. She’s also a left-handed writer but a right-handed athlete—just one of the fun quirks that makes her who she is!

In her free time, Sydney loves to read, play volleyball, hang with her dog, and spend time with friends and family. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to level up, she’s here to help you build strength, stay consistent, and enjoy the journey.
